This policy explains what information Kevin Suriel, an independent insurance agent in New Jersey ("Kevin", "we"), collects when you talk or text with him, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, and the details you give to get a quote or manage a policy.
• Text messages you send and receive with Kevin, and the record of your agreement to get texts (when and how you agreed).
• Call recordings and notes, only when you are told the call is recorded.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, service your policy, and answer your questions.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive: quote follow-ups, policy and renewal reminders, appointment confirmations, and customer care.
• To keep the records insurance rules require.

Text messaging and your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy: we will not share your opt-in to receive text messages, or your consent, with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the text messages you asked for.

To deliver those texts, your phone number and messages pass through the service providers that make texting work, such as our messaging platform provider and the phone carriers. They may use this information only to deliver the messages.

When we share other information

To quote or service your insurance, we share the details you give us with the insurance companies you ask us to get quotes from or that issue your policy. We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information as long as needed to serve you and as insurance record rules require, then delete it. Records are kept on password-protected devices and accounts.

• Call or text (929) 732-2249 to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
