How you sign up
There are two ways to agree to get texts. You never have to agree to buy a policy or get a quote.
1. On a call or in person
When you call Kevin or meet with him about your insurance, he asks whether you would like text updates. If you say yes, he reads you this and notes your answer:
"Can I text you at this number about your quote and your policy? By saying yes, you agree to get text messages about your insurance, like quote follow-ups, renewal reminders and appointment confirmations, from Kevin Suriel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Saying yes is not a condition of buying anything. I will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing."
Kevin's first text then confirms it:
"Kevin Suriel: you're set to get texts about your insurance. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
2. By texting Kevin first
You can also text Kevin at the number below. Texting START, or texting him a question, means you agree to get texts back about your insurance.
By texting this number, you agree to receive text messages about your insurance (quote follow-ups, policy and renewal reminders, appointment confirmations and customer care) from Kevin Suriel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the privacy policy and SMS terms.
How to stop
